Using a mat and your own body weight, this class offers a dynamic and low-impact workout designed to enhance core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.

We use Joseph Pilates’ original mat exercises (and their modifications) in a variety of ways to keep you safe, challenged and on the way to excellent movement no matter what stage of life you are in!

Private Pilates Lessons

Using the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Foot Corrector, Pedi-Pull, small and large barrels and the Spine Corrector.

We practice Pilates to live a better life outside the studio and support your movement the minute you arrive in a positive and supportive manner.
